William (Bill) Huber has been providing architectural services to clients in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina since 1974.  Having been a principal in Echols-Sparger Architects and then Spectrum Design, P.C., Architects and Engineers for 28 years, he understands thoroughly the world of building design.  With the birth of William Huber Architect, P.C., in April 2010, Bill is in a position to apply his wealth of knowledge to all phases of all projects his firm undertakes.
